(wait_for_termination): Fix sigpause in POSIX_SIGNALS case.

(init_sys_modes): Disable VLNEXT char.
Also VWERASE, VREPRINT, VDISCARD.

(sys_suspend): Handle GETPGRP_NO_ARG.
